The friendly LGS team have been teaching people to Stand Up Paddle board since the sport's inception, we have been in the business for over 21 year and have a large team of professional local and international instructors.

After have been surfing for more than 15 years and loving every single minute of it, by one of those funny twists in life I fell into Stand up paddle boarding and a new relationship with the ocean was created. Maybe I am getting older, maybe wiser, but the feeling of being on top of the board and peacefully paddling whilst enjoying the warm sun on my face has made me a convert. Local gem Malabar Beach, is one of Sydney’s lesser-known secret spots. The beach has a great range of fun features including, a fantastic rock pool located on the south side right below amazing Randwick Golf Club. The beach is popular with families due to the normally pristine conditions. Malabar is a SUP, Walking, jogging, sunbathing, rock fishing, snorkelling, scuba diving and kayaking playground!
Frenchmans Bay is a calm family-friendly bay with a beautiful sandy beach located in Botany Bay in the suburb of La Perouse. It is a small bay that opens into Botany Bay at its eastern end. Shops and restaurants are located nearby and there's a children’s playground and public toilets in the adjacent reserve. From the beach there are views over Botany Bay to the west and Botany Bay National Park to the south. This westerly outlook gives Frenchmans Bay a unique orientation amongst Sydney beaches.
La Perouse is a fascinating and beautiful historic area named after French navigator La Perouse, who arrived on Bare Island in 1788 as part of his explorations of the Pacific. The Kameygal people are the original custodians of the land. Members of the La Perouse community retain strong connections with the area's indigenous heritage today. You could easily spend the day exploring the cliffs of the peninsula and historic Bare Island. Explore the Bare Island Fort, built in 1885 to protect Sydney from a perceived Russian threat.
